Carlos Osorio, born and raised in the state of Florida, dedicated to his studies from the beginning, graduated with honors from the United States Military Academy Preparatory School. He went on to earn a law degree from Florida International University and a master's degree in social justice from the University of Miami, once again with academic distinction and outstanding merit.
His studies have focused on administrative and international law, with an emphasis on human rights and immigration.
Licensed as an attorney by the Florida Bar and a member of AILA - the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Carlos Osorio worked for the State of Florida as an appeals hearing officer in state benefits cases before moving into immigration practice working on asylum and cancellation of removal cases.
With a focus on immigration law, Osorio works on family and labor relations claims. With this experience, he founded The Osorio Law Group, forming a team
